Guided creative workshops for self-exploration. A gentle space where you can explore your inner landscape through colour, shape, and imagery, and awaken your intuitive wisdom. Mindful Walks

Do you also long for more nature and don't do it enough? Join us on nature walks, feeling the breeze on your cheeks, the soft ground under your feet, the rejuvenating feeling of being outside. These are free and donation-based, purely for the pleasure of sharing a mindful moment with like-minded souls.

Valérie Rossi

Soul Hug is my passion project, born from a lifelong love of movement, mindfulness, and free creative expression. I’ve always been drawn to the connection between body, mind, and spirit - from my early years in Belgium practicing karate and later dance, to discovering yoga in my teens and returning to it in 2018 as a source of softness, grounding, and truth.

As a certified yoga teacher, I bring an embodied and mindful approach to everything I share. My intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where others can slow down, be guided to listen inward and give space to what lies inside, sometimes bringing the unconscious conscious.

Through mindful movement and with the power of expressive arts, I hope to guide you toward a deeper connection with yourself - so you can move through life with more ease, authenticity, and joy.

Not at all, you don’t need to know how to draw or paint. The creative explorations are simple and open to everyone, using colour, shapes, collage, writing, free spontaneous doodles. It's all about the process, not the result. You are here to feel good, explore, and reconnect with yourself. Over time, you will grow more confident and will start trusting your own creative rhythm.


Not at all. You are very welcome even as a total beginner. The yoga we practice in these workshops is slow, mindful, and intuitive. It’s about connecting with your breath and sensations, learning to listen to your body with curiosity and kindness, rather than achieving any pose. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner landscape.


Something beautiful happens when the two are combined. Yoga helps you ground, relax, and reconnect with your body and breath, while creative exploration gives voice to your inner world. Together, they reduce stress, nurture self-awareness, and open space for emotional release and authentic expression.


No, we provide the art materials. That being said, we sometimes invite participants to bring a few of their own - things like pencils, brushes, glue, scissors, or an old magazine to cut from. This helps ensure everyone has enough to work with and adds a personal touch to your creations. You’re welcome to share or use them just for yourself.


As a general rule, you may cancel your workshop booking up to 14 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed. For retreats or special events, the cancellation period may differ and is always specified in the activity description and booking confirmation. You can read our full Terms on this page.

Not at the moment. The heart of Soul Hug lies in being fully present - reconnecting with the “real” world, with your senses and sensations, the textures of materials, and the shared energy of a group in person.

Our mission


My dream world is a world where people dance hand in hand, skipping away joyfully, a smile on their face, lightness and love in their heart - no less. Each person feels safe in the company of others, as each person knows and embraces who they truly are, strengths and quirkinesses alike.

My mission is to keep finding my own way home, to acceptance, truth, love and joy, with patience and compassion, and to provide a safe space for others to explore their inner landscape, to get to know their true nature - and who knows, feel that little spark in their heart again :-)
